Returns should be notified in advance and should be in new and unused condition. Refunds will only be paid on receipt of goods in the above-mentioned condition.

Postage is always recorded delivery and takes place on a twice-weekly basis, however there may occasionally be unforeseen circumstances that may prevent postage within the time slot given. In this event the customer will be notified of any expected delays.

Twinkie Designer Baby^© does not accept responsibility for any item that has been lost or damaged whilst in transit. However, you can be sure it will be securely wrapped and clearly labelled with it’s destination and a postal receipt will be obtained as proof of postage.
